Gary started G&G as a side-project in 2006 but has grown into one of the leading multi-family rehab contractors in Florida. A company that started with small construction jobs and plumbing fixture change-outs has grown into plumbing, interior, and exterior rehab and construction of entire multifamily communities.
Gary D. Gray, President
Gary started G&G as a side-project in 2006. He partnered with John Ouellette and Wayne Kordula shortly thereafter and grew G&G into one of the leading multi-family rehab contractors in Florida. They have rehabbed or constructed over 10,000 units over 40 properties. Along the way, "plumbing only" became "plumbing, interior, and exteriors".
Gary is a FL Certified Plumbing Contractor and FL Certified Building Contractor.
John Ouellette, Partner / Operations
John is G&G's resident construction expert and is one-third of the team that leads G&G. He is a business-owner who has decades of multi-family rehab experience and has worked with Wayne Kordula to direct the onsite operations of G&G's new construction and rehab work for over fifteen years.

Wayne is G&G's resident plumbing expert and is one-third of the team that leads G&G. He is a business-owner who has decades of plumbing experience and has worked with John Ouellette to direct the onsite operations of G&G's new construction and rehab work for over fifteen years.
Lisa Jackson, Administrative Manager
Lisa is the financial center of G&G as she processes all incoming and outgoing invoices. She also oversees the company's administrative work and assist with project management when needed.
Lisa has worked for several years in administrative, financial, and Executive Assistant positions for G&G and other companies. Her superpower is balancing and prioritizing incoming work to maximize her productivity and make sure everything gets done on time, whether she is doing or someone else is.
Amy Prasad, Estimating / Project Management
Amy is an essential component of every project's inception for G&G. She oversees project estimates and proposals, is an vital part of project onboarding and ongoing management, and assists with Business Development.
Amy has an extensive background in plumbing estimating. Her expertise ranges from new construction custom homes to multifamily rehabilitation and everything in between.
